I think I just figured out the entire Facebook Marketplace plant economy.

Someone watches a video about making money propagating plants…

looks over at their begonia…

then down at their hot and sour soup…

and suddenly there’s a $10 plant in a takeout container listed as “healthy.”

The funny part is — it’s not really about plants.

It’s about trying to sell something before it’s ready.

Happens everywhere. Wine, food, business… life.

Brunello sits for 5 years.

Barolo takes its time.

Even a serious Pinot Grigio might not see release for two.

You’ve got to let it root first.
